Satya Incense (Sacred Ritual)

Satya’s founder, the late Shri K.N. Satyam Setty, established a small incense manufacturing unit in 1964. He had learned a practice used by monks in medieval times whereby the key incense ingredients were incorporated and massaged into a special container resin which was then hand-rolled into incense. This technique called “Masala” or “Flora” incense became the prime driver of production.
Now, the Satya company has a large team of skilled artisans who hand-roll all incense sticks. They precisely measure their masala/flora blend to ensure a uniform stick. The use of bamboo ensures a minimal ecological footprint.
